Some links on HoyooTrek are affiliate links. If you book or buy through them, we may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you. This keeps the site free to read.
Which links can earn us a commission
- links to trek booking sites, such as Bookatrekking.com and TourRadar, in the Where to book and compare block
- links to travel services that help with a trek: travel insurance, eSIMs, flights, hotels, transfers and tours
- links to stores that sell or rent trekking gear
Not every link is an affiliate link, and a program may change. We add a partner only once it has accepted us, and a slot with no real partner is simply not shown.
How we mark them
Pages with affiliate links show a short disclosure at the top. Affiliate links carry the rel="sponsored" attribute, so search engines know they are paid links.
Advertising
We also show ads served by Google AdSense. Ads are kept apart from our guides and from the Where to book block, and we don't choose the individual ads you see. Our privacy policy explains the cookies involved.
What commissions never change
- We don't select, rank or rate operators or guides, whoever pays a commission.
- No operator pays to appear in a guide or to change what we write.
- Prices, availability and booking conditions are set by the booking sites, not by us. Always read them before you pay.
